"My Underwood" oil on linen

I have 2 very cool old typewriters. This is my portable Underwood that actually works. Hundertwasser is one of my favorite artists...my favorite pen and old silver teapot I found at Portobello Market. Oh yes, one of my old and worn out quilts and Buffalo China platters with oranges included. I love my old "stuff".

I can't believe how well you rendered your typewriter.
and you know Terry! Have you seen the book on Tonalism? Its a sort of definitive , scholarly work.
(He's in it)

Très joli travail... Beaucoup de vie dans cette oeuvre et une belle harmonie de couleurs... bisous

There you go again.... another composition that I simply love! Simple things that are important to you. At moment we are buried in snow, so I used yesterday to work on my pastel and organize my colors. Today, I'm hoping to start something new, something that I want to paint instead of a class piece (although those have been wonderfully challenging). Did you get a chance to work in your pastels?
